All of our techniques are centered around prolonging the life of your existing roof. We use a pressure washer at low pressure with a large hole fan nozzle to apply chemical to roofs. We do not pressure wash moss off of roofs! Just as it takes time for moss to grow on a roof, it takes time to get it off, properly. Light brushing of the moss with a soft brisstled brush is the most abrasive part of our moss removal. Brushing is not always necessary as the chemical will lossen the moss from the roof over time. After about a year, the moss will be so loose that if you choose to hire us again to clean the gutters, much more moss can be blown off at this point. Please understand that we will not be seen on a roof pressure washing moss off wearing a PNW Recon logo, this method is against our morals of practice. Thank you!
