Here’s what we offer:

Roof/Gutter Cleaning

We will clear all debris from your roof and gutters, as well as inspect and repair if need be. We can also clean skylights as well as the outsides of the gutters. We visually inspect the roof for water entry points, birds nests, broken vents, and other issues worth noting. We make sure to clean up around buildings after the roof is clean.

Paint/Stain Prep

We can pressure wash the siding on your home to get it ready for new paint. We can also prep wood decks, removing the wood’s dirty outer layer, preparing it for stain or paint. If the deck has been previously stained, we can also strip the old stain unless you plan to use the same staining product.

Pressure Washing

Driveways, entryways, decks, porches, patios, patio covers, balconies, siding, curbs, and anything else really. Whether it’s your home or business, we will make it look new again. We can also use degreasers to get up oil, rust and other stains upon request.

Siding Mold Treatment and cleaning (Soft Wash)

We stand below, applying a mixture of bleach, soap, and water, via pressure washer, to the siding from the ground to the soffit. We let the solution sit for a bit then rinse it away. Before and after applying the bleach solution, we are sure to soak plants beneath and around the siding area to prevent damage to plants. We also offer a “soft rinse” on the siding. We can spray the siding from below with water to get rid of spider webs, dirt and anything else that can come off without chemicals. We can also use less potent chemicals that do better than just water, but not as good as bleach.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

We use powerful and consistent reverse air flow with flexible air hose put in at the vent, reaching all the way to the dryer itself. This allows us to clean the vents entirely, without needing access inside the home. Dryer lint is cleaned up as best as possible and we make sure to clean the exterior vent cover itself very well. Cleaning your dryer vent will help your dryer run more efficiently as well as help with fire prevention.

Moss Treatment

We use different methods for moss treatment and prevention.

Preparation typically includes moss removal. This step has the potential to be the most damaging to the roof. We use nothing more abrasive than a bamboo stick and finger through glove. We can also apply chemicals to kill moss and algae directly without moss removal. To kill the moss, you must kill the spore. Spores can be killed without moss removal using heavier chemical, then moss will slowly fall off on its own. We do not use wire brushes, shop brooms, or pressurized anything for moss removal.

(1) We spray a mixture of bleach, roof safe soap and water to the roof with very low psi (under 100). Bleach is the chemical that asphalt shingle manufactures recommend for cleaning their material. This is the fastest and most effective way to kill all organic growth. Bleach remains active once in contact with organics for up to 60 minutes before becoming neatualized. The surrounding area is rinsed very well before and after bleach applications. I would recommend this for a first time cleaning your roof or if the roof has heavy growth.

(2) Liquid form algae and moss inhibiter chemical is applied to roofs between the ages of 1 and 15 years old. This chemical binds to the oils in the roof and once applied, so long as it has a few hours to dry into the roof, cannot be washed away from rain and remains active for up to 5 years. This is done best following a previous bleach treatment or on newer roofs with little to no growth.

I don’t use any zinc powder or detergents or anything proven to cause shingle damage. Ideally, chemicals shouldn’t need to be applied to your roof yearly. My methods are longer lasting, more thorough and I warranty all of my work because if it.
